If you're going through something hard
You don't have to handle it alone. Call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, free, 24/7). In an emergency, call 911. Email isn't fast enough for this — please reach out now.
Students
- Share with a teacher, counselor, or family member: open Who can see me (the Me tab in the app, the You tab at app.foundryconnect.me) → Add someone → add their email. You choose exactly what they see.
- Stop sharing: in Who can see me, turn off what someone can see, or remove them. It takes effect within seconds.
- Have a code from your school? Go to app.foundryconnect.me, sign in with the same email, and enter it on the You tab. It unlocks Foundry everywhere you sign in.
- Delete your account: see how to delete your Foundry account.
Teachers, counselors & families
- Go to foundryconnect.me, type the email the student added, and tap Email me a sign-in code. You'll see only what each student chose to share, and can switch between students who shared with you.
- Don't see a student? Ask them to check the email they typed for you, and that at least one thing is shared.
Subscriptions
Foundry+ bought in the app is managed by Apple or Google, not by Foundry — to cancel or change it, use iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
