Delete your Foundry account

1. Open Foundry and go to the Me tab. On the web (app.foundryconnect.me), it's the You tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm with Delete everything. On the web, confirm with OK.

That's it. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

Email hello@postmarkdigital.com from the address you signed in with (or tell us the Apple or Google account you used) with the subject Delete my Foundry account. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days, then reply once it's done.

• Your account (email, Apple, or Google sign-in) and your name.
• Your interview, every version of your Portrait, and everything you've told your mentor.
• Your paths, steps, and the things you've tried (your trail).
• The people you added under Who can see me, what they could see, and any notes they sent.
• Any school code you redeemed (it can't be reused).

Everything above is removed from Foundry's servers at once and from your phone or browser the moment the app confirms. Encrypted server backups age out within 30 days. Nothing is kept for advertising. Foundry has none.

We keep a minimal record that you agreed to Foundry's terms (the name you typed, the date, and your age range) as proof of consent. We also keep a log of when the people you shared with viewed what you shared (who and when, never the content), which helps keep sharing safe. Neither holds your email address. If your account had an email address, we keep a one-way scrambled code made from it (never the address itself), so we can find this record if a question about that address comes up later.
